STAMETS PROTOCOL

The protocol which, according to Paul Stamets, fits best with the presented formula looks like this:

Microdosing for 4 consecutive days (psilocybin, niacin and Lion’s mane)

● 3 days of rest (no microdose)

CYCLE: Continue for 1 month in total

RESET:   2-4 weeks

The Stamets’ Stack, combines the medicinal mushroom Lion’s Mane with niacin (vitamin B3) and psilocybin (either magic mushrooms or magic truffles). Stamets came up with the combination of psilocybin mushrooms and Lion’s Mane for its dual capacity to create new neurons and neural pathways in the brain, and also to repair existing neurological damage.

FADIMAN PROTOCOL

The protocol which, according to James Fadiman, fits best with the presented formula looks like this:

Day 1: 1st microdosing day

● Day 2:  Transition day

● Day 3:  Normal Day

● Day 4:  2nd microdosing day

CYCLE: Continute for 4-8 Weeks

RESET:   2-4 Weeks

It’s named after Dr. James Fadiman, who created this protocol to observe the effects of microdosing by clearly distinguishing between microdosing days, and non-microdosing days. Dr. James Fadiman’s protocol is an excellent basis for a first microdosing experiment. It assumes a 3-day cycle, which you follow for four to eight weeks.
